1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Space Shooter: Star Elite (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Rainty Square Entertainment ("we", "our", or "us").

2. Game License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or its content.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
  • Use the Game for any commercial purpose without written permission.
  • Remove or alter any copyright notices or proprietary markings.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account to access online features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, and cross-device syncing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • Not share your account credentials with others.
  • Not create multiple accounts to abuse game systems.

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in cheating, or abuse game systems.

4. In-Game Content and Virtual Currency

4.1 Virtual Currency (Coins)

The Game features virtual currency ("Coins") that can be earned through gameplay or by watching advertisements. Coins are used to purchase and upgrade in-game items such as ships.

  • Coins have no real-world monetary value.
  • Coins cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real currency.
  • We reserve the right to adjust coin balances, pricing, and availability.

4.2 Virtual Items

Ships, upgrades, evolutions, and other in-game items are virtual goods. You do not own these items; you are granted a limited license to use them within the Game.

5. Gameplay Rules

You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
  • Manipulate game data, scores, or leaderboard rankings.
  • Use automated scripts or bots to play the Game.
  • Exploit bugs or glitches (please report them to us instead).
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts the Game or its servers.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, data reset, or permanent ban.

6. Leaderboards

The Game features public leaderboards. By using the Game, you agree that your username and scores may be displayed publicly on leaderboards within the Game and on our website.

We reserve the right to remove scores or accounts from leaderboards that we believe were achieved through cheating or exploitation.

7. Advertisements

The Game may display advertisements provided by third-party ad networks. Watching rewarded video ads is voluntary and provides in-game rewards (such as Coins or revives). By choosing to watch ads, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the respective ad network.

8. Offline Mode

The Game supports offline play. When playing offline, your actions are queued and synced with our servers when connectivity is restored. In the event of conflicts between local and server data, server data takes precedence after synchronization.

9. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, text, code, and design, is the property of Rainty Square Entertainment and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

The "Space Shooter: Star Elite" name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Rainty Square Entertainment.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

  • The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
  • Defects will be corrected in a timely manner.
  • The Game will meet your specific requirements.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rainty Square Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of virtual items, or interruption of gameplay.

12. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Rainty Square Entertainment operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
